We appreciate your consideration of Eclectic Elegance for your upcoming wedding. We understand that a wedding is a very special day and it is our mission to provide top quality service for this occasion. It is our biggest desire that this day is as memorable and as beautiful as possible and that planning it is just as fun too! We will work closely together to ensure everything is as you have dreamed of and that your day comes together without any hiccups.

Day of Coordination

This is for the couples who are looking for someone to help handle all the moving details that come with conducting a beautiful wedding day like yours.

We will help you pull together your vision to help execute a smooth, beautiful, and seamless day. We meet with you roughly 30 days prior to the wedding date, gather vendor information you’ve already selected and planned, and help you adjust and create a timeline.

We are meant to be the go- to - person who helps manage all those little things that sometimes get a bit chaotic on the day of your big event.

Please understand, this is different then full service wedding planning. This is execution of the day of details!

We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your needs and to ensure we are a good fit for you. Plus we LOVE to chat over coffee or a drink.

Additional Hours || Custom Packages

Have something else in mind? Perhaps you need help with something more or something less. Hourly rates available and custom invoices can be made. Please reach out and let us know what you have in mind and we would be happy to help you determine how we can be of assistance for your big day.

Delivery and on-site designer set up/transitions/take down also available at an hourly rate per person.

Tear Down || The Dirty Work

Your wedding day is one of the most wonderful days of your life! It is also one of the most tiring. I promise you when I say, you do not want to be responsible for tearing down at the end of your night (or forget that it is necessary and be scrambling). This is often a little detail people forget about but it will be the last big undertaking for the event. Wedding floral packages do not include tear down - this is an added service.

Don't let your mom, aunts, and/or friends be responsible either - they are guests and will be busy having a good time!

We will manage all tear down, break down supplies, decor, and arrange getting things back to your vendors.
